HOW TO PREPARE SHREDDED BEEF SAUCE
Shredded Beef Sauce Ingredients: 400g Very Tender Beef 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil (Use Vegetable oil if you can’t source Sesame) 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 3 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce 1 Tablespoon Rice wine/Dry sherry or 3 Tablespoons Chicken Stock 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch/Corn Flour 1 Small Onion Sliced 1/2 Green, Yellow, Red Peppers Thinly Sliced 5 Medium Mushrooms Thinly sliced (Optional) 3 Minced Garlic Cloves 1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger 1 Teaspoon Brown/White Sugar 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Knorr Chicken Cube 1/2 Teaspoon Beef Seasoning of your choice Preparation: First, wash the meat to rid it of blood and cut against the grain.
